"Too much fun" Scrapbook layout + process video by Louise

 Hi Scrap Friends

I've got a new layout and process video for you today ... "Too much fun"

I wanted to show some different ways to use the Nuvo embellishment mousse.

Did you know you can use it through a stencil, as a mist (mixed with water in a sprayer), as a paint, on chipboard and metal embellishments, as a watercolour and pretty much any way you like.
It dries permanent and does not react with water when dry.

I started this layout by choosing the cut file and the Maggie Holmes 6x6 paper pad.
I knew I wanted to back the cut file with paper and that I wanted to use the "Cornflower Nuvo embelllishment mousse" - so I chose my photos accordingly.

I've got a process video for this creation too.

I love the dimension, colour and coordinated photos of this project.

Thanks for visiting.

Happy Birthday in the garden

Hi all!  Ann here with another birthday card, this time using the Altenew stamp set:  Botanical Garden.  I'm mad about flowers and gardening and this set has some really lovely flower designs, which I'm sure I will use again and again.

I created a top-fold card from thick white card measuring 29cm x 10.5cm and stamped on a panel of blending card 10.5cm x 14.5cm.

I seem to turn to yellow and orange colour choices lately, and this card is no exception.  I've used Copic markers after stamping with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  The colour are: Y02, Y15, Y38, YR15, YR16 and the darkest colour on the butterfly is YR07.  The leaves are:  YG06, YG17 and YG67.

A Spellbinders curved edge die creates a pretty edge, and I have attached some pattern paper beneath my coloured panel as a contrast.  I hope you can see a little of the shimmer on the butterfly - painted on liberally with my Spectrum Noir clear shimmer pen.

I have repeated the dot effect of the border die, by adding some tiny dots of liquid pearls, trailing around the flowers.

The sentiment is by Mama Elephant:  Happy Everything which was stamped in Versafine Onyx Black.

I hope I have shown you a little of what this beautiful stamp set can do - it is just the tip of the iceberg, actually!

That's all from me today.  Thank you for visiting, and I hope you can find time to do a little crafting too!
