"Cousins" Scrapbook layout by Louise - Cocoa Vanilla Studio "Endless Summer" collection

 Hi Crafters

Louise with you today to share a new layout.

This layout uses the "Endless Summer" collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio.

With so much gorgeousness in this collection, I've created a paper only page - no mixed media.
It was nice to let the collection speak for itself.

Here is a process video to recreate this page.

Thanks for visiting.

Friends - layout by Lynn Good

Hi everyone, I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas and are now preparing for the New Year Celebrations.  I thought I would create a layout "friends' celebrating another year with great friendships.

I prepped my page by covering it with clear gesso and then I created the background by first using a Donna Downey Stencil - Scribble Script and modelling paste.  I then added Tim Holtz Paint - Rusty Hinge and Ripe Persimmon.  Using the tags from the tag sheet and some cut up pieces from the 6x6 paper pad.    I have then stamped randomly around where the photo mat sits with a number and script stamp.

The Blue Fern Studio  Bit of Honey chipboard has been embossed with Lindy Stamp Gang Embossing Powder.

I finished the layout with flowers and Micro and Glass Beads.  Liquid Pearls randomly around the layout.

I have used Tim Holtz Distress Glitter Dust - Vintage Platinum around the layout.

Splatters have been made using watered down gesso and Lindy Stamp Gang California Poppy Gold as well as the two Tim Holtz paints -- Rusty Hinge & Ripe Persimmon.

Well until next time - Happy Crafting :)

Happy Holidays

Hi there!  I hope you have enjoyed a blessed Christmas, spent with those you love!

It's Ann popping in today with a 'holiday' card - it could be a late Christmas card, or a seasonal card for those friends overseas.

On a white card panel, sponge through a stencil created with Tim Holtz die Mixed Media #3 with Scattered Straw Distress Ink.  Die cut the panel into a large rectangle, just smaller than the finished card front.

Cut the Cheery Lyn Happy Halloween wreath die in two shades of green.  I removed the bird from the bottom, but this isn't really necessary.

Adhere the darker wreath to the stencilled panel, then pop up the lighter green wreath with foam dots.

Stamp the sentiment (from Deer Friends) in the centre of the wreath - I then added the holly spray from the Kaisercraft stamp set:  Merry Christmas.  I added a coordinating bow with a few sticky dots.

The rectangle panel was backed with fun foam, before adhering it to the card front.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit today!  Happy crafting and happy holidays!
