"Cascading Fuchsia Gift Bags" by Narelle Riley

Hi everyone,

Today I am sharing with you a pretty way to decorate gift bags that are the perfect size for giving gift cards!  I picked up some brown paper bags in the local $2.00 shop that are just a bit bigger than the gift cards (with the store backing card still attached) and knew they were the perfect size, but also knew there was no way I was using them as they were!

I used the new "Heartfelt Creations Cascading Fuchsia's" 12x12 Pad.  This is a great pack-  it has two sheets of each paper so you can create 3D effects my fussy cutting and raising up feature pieces with foam tape!

1.  Tear off the pad of paper 2 sheets of the paper you are going to use.  The pads contain several sheets that have panels that are a perfect size for the front of bags.
2.  Cut a strip of messages and select 3 appropriate messages for the front of the bags.
3.  Cut the base papers to fit the bag front, ink the edges and adhere with double sided tape.
4.  From the second pieces of paper select the design that you wish to feature as your highlight and cut out.
5.  Ink the edges and adhere on the bag, over the top of the same spot on the base paper using double sided foam tape.
6. Ink the edges of the message and adhere with foam tape.
7.  To add a little interest on the back of the bag, cut out a single fuchsia and adhere.
