'Merry" a festive card from Sue

Hello everyone,

It's Sue and today I have a Christmas card to share using a couple of dies from Memory Box.
Merry Cursive and Ho Ho Holly.

  1. Trim, score and fold smooth white card to make a card base measuring 4-2/8" x 5-4/8".
  2. Add a layer of DSP to cover the front of the card.
  3.  Trim a second strip of DSP to measure 5-4/8" x 2-1/8". Centre the merry die securing with low tac tape and run through the die cutting machine. Set aside the 'merry' for another project, we need the outline only.
  4.  Using double sided tape adhere the outline cut over a piece of red card and trim to show 1/8" of red card above and below the outline.
  5. From a scrap of the red card, die cut another 'merry' and using an X-Press it glue pen adhere within the outline.
  6. Stamp Christmas once in black then a second time in gold ink to card front. Using a Stamp-a-ma-jig to help with positioning.
  7. Die cut a set of three holly leaves from DSP and attach to card front so that the outline stands up.  Add the holly berries with Liquid Pearls.

Thanks for taking the time today............
