'Susan's Garden Daisies' Card by Sue

Hi Everyone
Our DT Gal Sue has created a lovely card to share today. I hope you enjoy it too.

Tutorial:
Trim score and fold Smooth White card to make a 4.25” x 5.5” top fold card.
From Honey card stock,  (Trendsetters Pack) trim a layer at 4” x 5.25”.
Centre the window die within the top 2/3 of the honey card and cut.
Die cut Spellbinders Edgeabilities Mix & Match Classic Ric Rac border. Using the edge only with Insert A and cutting from white card. Position beneath the die cut window, centring and adhere.
Stamp the sentiment beneath the white border using Versa Fine Onyx Black ink.
To make the daisies:
Using white card run the petals die through a die cutting machine twice to make up two 16-petal daisies over white card.  From Wheatgrass (green) card and using the leaf die cut two sets
Run an embossing tool around each petal whilst the white card is still in the die to shape the petals.  The card will pop out from the die very easily if you do this too.  Using a Copic marker in pale lemon add some colour to the base of each petal.  Continue to shape each petal until you’re happy with its shape then adhere them to the green base. Two rounds of 8 petals make up a daisy, with the second row attached between each of the first round of petals.  Add two green leaves then a dot of glue to the centre of the daisy and sprinkle over some Flower soft in Daffodil.
Make up the second daisy in the same way.
Once the daisies are completely dry attach them to you card front.

Pop the completed card front over the base card using adhesive foam dots.
