'Cheeky Grin' Layout by Narelle

Hi Everyone,
Our DT Gal Narelle has created a lovely layout to share today. I hope it gets you feeling crafty too!

Tutorial:
1.  Trim "postage" paper to 29cm x 29cm, ink edges and adhere in centre of black card stock.

2.  Cut a piece of the WOW chicken wire chipboard to approximately 13cm x 25cm, ink black and adhere 2cm from lower edge of cardstock.

3.  Cut a 2.5cm x 30cm strip of "old world damask" paper (striped side), ink edge and adhere on top of the chicken wire, 3.5cm from the base, using some foam tape to raise the edges where there is no chicken wire.
4. Cut a square 13cm x 13 cm from "flying high", and cut 2 cards from the "travel cards" paper (one card to be used as the journal card with a chipboard compass adhered to it at the front, and one to be used for the reverse side).  Ink the edges black.
5. Adhere the reverse travel card on the "flying high square" 1cm from the left edge and 3cm from the top edge.  Double wrap with black twine and tie with bow.  Adhere the panel at an angle on the left side of the laylout, overlapping the striped strip, using foam tape at the top.
6. Mat a 5x7' photo on "the express" paper, trim with a thin border and ink the edges black.  Adhere to the left on a slight angle, overlapping the square from the previous step, using foam tape at the top.
7.  Ink the small chipboard compass black and adhere with helmar 450 glue in the centre of the travel card.  Add some stickers from the sticker sheet and adhere in the right corner of the photo.
8.  Use the Alphabet stickers from the kit to add a title to the upper right side of the layout.
