'Poppies' Card by Sue

Hi Everyone
Our DT Gal Sue has created a great card to share today.
I hope you enjoy it.
Tutorial:
Trim smooth white card to make a 5” square side fold card.
To colour the card using Dylusions Sprays:
Fill a mister bottle with water adding a small amount of PearlEx  (pearl white). Lightly spritz over smooth white card. This gives a lovely sparkle to the finished piece.
Whilst the card is still damp randomly spray a mixture of Dylusion inks over the card.  Lay a Stencil over the wet ink and spritz again with water to add some texture to the piece. Blot with another piece of card, which can be used for another project, or with a roll of kitchen paper towel.
(I used the following colours: fresh Lime, bubblegum pink, cherry pie, pure sunshine, vibrant turquoise and funky fuchsia.)
Set aside to dry.
Trim some white card to 4.25” square and die cut a 3” centre using a Spellbinder small circle die.
Die cut two Prim Poppies from white card. Trimming the stems and positioning them to sit within the die cut circle, securing on the underside of the card.
Trim the dried coloured card to 4” square and adhere to the centre of the white base card.
Using foam adhesive squares, adhere the framed poppies over the sprayed card.

Die cut one Moonlight butterfly and one Kaleidoscope butterfly from left over sprayed card. Cut the body from a scrap of black card. Arrange the butterfly and adhere to the card front to complete.
