'Cute As A Button' Layout by Linda

Hi Everyone,
Our DT Gal Linda has created a super cute layout to share today. I hope it gets you feeling crafty too!

 Tutorial:
1. Cut barcode strip off the Peek-a-Boo paper to use green side as background piece.
2. Cut Choo Choo Train paper 27cm  x 26cm and punch longer edge with a favourite border punch – I used Fiskars Upper Crest Border Punch.
3. Adhere this piece to the centre of the base and hand stitch around with white thread.
4. Trace around an Artisan Die-Cut paper if you have one (or download the shape from the internet) onto the It’s a Boy paper and cut out.
5. Back this piece with chipboard and adhere in place.
6. Add the zig-zag edged sticker to the top edge of the Artisan piece.
7. Back your photos with chipboard and adhere across the centre of the layout.
8. Create a cluster in the top left with the train Layered Chipboard, a Decorative Brad label you can write a name on and the Starburst Brad.
9. Add the Cute As A Button Layered Chipboard to the top right corner along with the Lion Brad.
10. Add the ….month old stickers to the photos.
11. Add the Owl Decorative Brad beside the right hand photo to create a visual triangle with the 3 brads to draw the eye in to the photos.
12. Add chipboard to the back of the Handsome Rough & Tough Sticker and adhere between the two photos as per the example.
