'Ticket Wallets' by Narelle

Hi Everyone,
Our DT gal Narelle has created some great Ticket Wallets to sahre today.
I hope they bring you some creative inspiration.

Narelle said "Here's a tutorial to help you create a simple wallet to present tickets in if you are giving them as a gift. These measurements are for your standard "ticketek" print at home tickets, but you adjust the basic measurements to suit any sort of ticket-  show tickets, movie tickets, or even money.  You could make them suit any occasion by altering the type of paper and embellishment you use!"
1.  Trim a piece of double sided paper (I have used papers from the Fancy Pants "Hopscotch" range), to measure 22cm x 16cm.
2.  Score and fold 6cm down from the top long edge, and 2.5cm up from the long bottom edge.
3.  Score and fold 1.5cm in from the left and right short edges.
4.  Trim away the small rectangles of paper left in each corner from the score lines

5.  Ink all the edges and fold lines.
6.  Add a small amount of double sided tape vertically on the left and right edges of the bottom rectangle.Fold in the left and right sides, and adhere the lower piece up over the sides to create the pocket.

7.  To create a wrap around sleeve, use the reverse side of the strip that was left over (8cm x 16cm).  Wrap around the ticket wallet firmly , but not so tight that it cant slide up and down, and secure at the back with tape.
8.  Embellish the wallet wrap around with die cut birder strips, string, flowers, alphas  or other suitable embellishments to match the occasion.
