'Krys, King of the Savannah' Layout by Linda

Hi Everyone,
Our DT Gal Linda, has created a great layout to share today.
I hope it inspires you.

Tutorial:
1.    Ink (brown) and distress the edges of Sunshine patterned paper for the background.
2.    Make three small tears in the background piece, roll back the torn edges and ink them.
3.    Flip the background piece over and adhere 3 small pieces of the red lace trim behind the torn areas.
4.    Choose your photos and matt them on an inked and distressed piece of Snacks paper, leaving a space for your title block.
5.    Cut a piece from Through the Lens paper for your title and adhere on the photo block.
6.    Choose two coordinating journalling cards and print your journalling on them.
7.    Work out where your journalling cards can slip in behind the photo block and add adhesive to the back accordingly.
8.    Adhere the photo block.
9.    Fussy cut two flower/leaf sprays from Margaret patterned paper and slip these in under the photo mat on the top right and the bottom left.
10.    Cut out the journey sign and adhere to the left of the photo block.
11.    Use a range of alphabet stickers to create your title block.
12.    Cut a 30cm strip of the large Artisan Scalloped ribbon and create a pattern on it with the Mini Cubist Mask and Texture Paste. Allow to dry.
13.    Cut a 30cm strip of the orange/yellow trim and adhere to the top of the Artisan Ribbon.
14.    Adhere trim to the bottom of the layout beneath the photo block.
