'Strawberry Beatrice in 3D' card by Sue W.

Hi Everyone,
Our DT Gal Sue has created a super sweet card to share today.
I hope you enjoy it.

Tutorial:
1.    Stamp Strawberry Beatrice to Xpress-It card, die cut and emboss the image using a Spellbinder small circle die.  Colour the image with Prisma Pencils and Zest It Blending solution.
2.    Stamp the image once again to Xpress–It card. Colour the parts of the image to be cut out and layered over the main image.  I used her head, the front of her dress and her shoes.  Then I stamped her pocket and the green on her hat once more colouring these for the third layer.
3.    Using Hellman’s Scrap Dots and a paper glue stick, layer the cut pieces over the main image.   Lightly sponge the edges of the die cut circle with Antique Linen ink and pierce using the embossed edge as a guide.
4.    The completed image is adhered to a die cut green scalloped circle using Zip Dry glue.
5.    Print an A4 sheet of Roses mix DP from Creating with Vintage Patterns by Crafty Secrets.  Trim a piece to measure 5.25” square and adhere to some green core’dinations card cut 1/8” larger all around.
6.    Stamp the large scalloped Lace Edge from JustRite Classic Art Deco Lace Edges One to smooth white card. Flip the card and stamp the lace a second time leaving a space between, to wrap some ribbon.
7.    Using the edge only die from Spellbinders Classic Scallop line the die over the stamped scallop and cut. Flip the die to the second edge and do the same again.
8.    Use the same die to cut some green core’dinations card to sit behind the stamped lace. Adhere these two pieces and trim to sit over the pink dp.
9.    Wrap a length of ribbon over the middle of the stamped lace and tie to the left side.
10.    Adhere the lace layer to the pink dp  .5” up from the bottom of the card.
11.    Die cut 2 Leafy flourishes from green card and 3 x 3 layer Petal Party flowers from scraps of pink dp.  Shape and assemble the three flowers adding a pearl to the centre of each.
12.    Adhere the stamped image to the card front and arrange the Flourishes and flowers using Dries Clear to attach securely.
13.    To complete the card, add 2 pearls to the top and 2 to the bottom corners of the card.
14.    Adhere the completed card front to a 5.5” square side fold base card cut from smooth white card.
