Hip Hip Hooray card by Sue W.

 Hi Everyone
Our DT Gal Sue W. has created a really cute card to share with you today. I hope you enjoy it.

Tutorial:
1. Trim, score and fold smooth white card to make a 7.5” x 4” top fold card.
2. Trim Brown DSP from Echo Park Essentials collection to 1/8” smaller all around and adhere to white card base.
3. Cut a 2” wide strip of X-Press It blending card and stamp the green vine across the top in Memento bamboo leaves ink
4. Using VersaFine onyx black ink stamp the sentiment.
5. Using a Copic green marker draw a line across the bottom adding some flicks for the grass.
6. Stamp the monkey and hippo; leave a space for the giraffe, then stamp the elephant all in Memento tuxedo black ink.
7. To a scrap of X-Press It blending card stamp the giraffe colour with Copic Markers and cut out. Adhere this to the white strip with Zip Dry glue.
8. Stamp the monkey’s head a second time colour and cut out.
9. Colour the animals with Copic Markers. Pop up the 2nd monkey’s head using a Scrapbook adhesive 3d foam square.
10. Trim this layer and adhere to the brown dsp.
11. Take a 1” strip of burlap or hessian, cut it to fit across the top of the card. Fold it concertina style to cut a little banner header.
12. Adhere the banner using X-Press It double-sided Tape High Tack to complete the card.
