Cherry Emma Card by Sue

Hi Everyone,
Our DT Gal Sue has made a lovely card to share, I hope you enjoy it.
Sue has used the CC Designs Sugarplums stamps, Cherry Emma & Swing.

Products used:
Cardstock: Sunflower & Xpress it Copic Blending cardstock
Stamps: CC Designs Sugarplums Cherry Emma & Swing
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Copics: E33, E35, E 37 (hair, branch & swing), G21, YG63, YG67 (Pants & Grass), R81, R83, R85, R89 (Pants), Y35, Y38 (sun), B45 (Background)
Copic Airbrush & Compressor
Dies: MFT Die namics ‘Sunshine’

Cut out 2 suns using the ‘Sunshine’ die, air brush one with the Y35 and one with Y38 markers.
To make the grass, take the lightest marker (G21), make a curved line at the bottom of the paper (using the chisel tip), with the same marker, lightly flick upwards (using the brush tip), making thin blades of grass.  Do the same with the medium (YG63) and the darker (YG67), adding less blades of grass with each colour.  To finish off add small dots of R83, R85, Y35, Y38

When airbrushing the background, hold the marker further away from the paper (than you would usually) to achieve the speckled look.  I have used the G21 for the lower background and the B45 for the upper- the sky.)

To make the grass Sue has used this grass tutorial by Kim from Color Me Copic.
